Who is Jose Cinco?
Founder's Story
Our founder is a retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class and combat veteran who found purpose and peace through the simple act of fishing. What began as a personal journey of healing — filming fishing trips as a way to reconnect with life after service — evolved into a powerful platform for creativity and connection.
With years of leadership experience in high-pressure environments, he brings discipline, strategy, and vision to every project. As the Content Marketing Manager for KastKing, he sharpened his skills in storytelling, campaign execution, and brand growth within the outdoor industry.
Today, he leads Fish With Intent LLC with the same intentionality that defined his military career — combining a passion for fishing with proven expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy to help others stand out in the outdoor space.
Experience
With experience both in front of and behind the camera, I bring a full-spectrum approach to content creation. I’ve spent years honing my skills in videography, photography, editing, and social media management, giving me a deep understanding of what makes content not only look good — but perform. Whether I’m hosting a video, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, or crafting a story in the edit bay, I know how to create content that connects. From planning and shooting to post-production and platform strategy, I handle every step with intention, creativity, and a clear understanding of what resonates with today's digital audiences.
Giving Back
As the Marketing Chairman, board member, and active volunteer for Warriors for Freedom, I’m proud to support a mission that’s close to my heart. A veteran-led nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of service members through outdoor experiences and community outreach, Warriors for Freedom aligns perfectly with my personal journey. I lead all marketing efforts — from strategy and branding to event coverage and digital campaigns — while also serving as the primary content creator, capturing stories that honor the service, sacrifice, and resilience of our veteran community. This work allows me to give back in a meaningful way while using my skills to uplift those who’ve worn the uniform.
